Our Guarantee
Every product from Limitless Labs is backed by published third-party testing. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications listed on our Certificate of Analysis, we will provide a full replacement or refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- 1Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- 2Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return. Opened products may be eligible for a quality-related claim.
- 3Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full replacement or refund regardless of packaging state.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue with your order, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the product arrived damaged
We aim to respond to all return requests within one business day.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original and place a new order. We'll prioritize processing your return to make this as seamless as possible.
