What purity level are your products?+
All of our compounds are tested at 99%+ purity via HPLC analysis. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory.
Are your products tested by third parties?+
Yes. Every single batch is independently tested by accredited third-party labs. We publish these results and include a batch-specific COA with every order.
Are these products for human consumption?+
No. All products sold by Limitless Labs are strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption.
How should I store the products?+
Most peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated. Specific storage instructions are included with each product.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, priority takes 2–3 days, and express delivers in 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — all orders over $100 ship free via standard shipping within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international markets. Please contact us for international inquiries.
How is my order packaged?+
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding. Products are carefully packed to maintain integrity during transit.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unopened packaging. Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full replacement or refund. See our full returns policy for details.
How long do refunds take?+
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and applied to the original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as other payment methods available at checkout.
Lab Results
How do I access the COA for my order?+
COAs are included with every shipment and linked on each product page. You can also request a COA for any batch by contacting our support team with your batch number.
What testing methods do you use?+
We use HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity analysis, mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, and LAL testing for endotoxin screening.
